Located in northwest Tennessee, Obion County borders Kentucky and is just a short drive to Missouri and Arkansas. Interstate 155, which starts in Missouri, turns into Interstate 69/U.S. Highway 51 and runs through Obion County. U.S. Highway 45 runs through the county to Jackson, Tennessee, where it reaches Interstate 40.
